Receive daily summary emails post-integration detailing key stats for each data element—such as the number of records processed, failed, or skipped—and the specific integration job associated with the report, keeping you informed of all activity.

FAQs

  • What other data elements can be integrated?

    Additional data elements such as project activities, bank accounts, expense reports, general ledger, taxes, and vendor invoices are possible for integration. However, they are not currently available in the present release.

  • Are there any data elements that cannot be accessed through integration?

    Yes, limitations exist with all integration platforms, including Ajera. The Application Programming Interface (API) offers varying levels of data access, which can range from complete access to partial or minimal access, sometimes restricted to basic details only.

  • Can client invoice data be integrated?

    Out of the box, no. The Ajera API only provides basic invoice information, such as the Invoice Group ID, Name, and associated Client. Accessing detailed client invoice data requires customization through Deltek Support.

  • What can I expect when setting up the integration with TrebleHook?

    Once you’ve purchased TrebleHook, our technical team will reach out early in the implementation process to get things started. You’ll receive a detailed integration guide that outlines the data elements and fields pulled from Ajera. You’ll also need to provide your Ajera Customer ID to establish a secure connection between Ajera and TrebleHook.

  • How will the Ajera-TrebleHook integration project proceed?

    Our development team will first establish a connection to your Ajera instance and review your data. We’ll then discuss the state of your data with you, identifying potential issues before building the automation. The process will involve collaboration on project cadence, testing with internal team members, setting up User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and establishing a timeline for the Go Live.
