What Challenges Did You Face with Your Previous Solution That Led You to TrebleHook?
Our previous software was cumbersome and not user-friendly. We wanted a streamlined solution that was easy to use across our entire office. We knew an easy-to-use and comprehensive solution would allow our data to work for us and drive much more utilization and adoption, helping us grow DP3 Architects at a more rapid rate.
At DP3 Architects, easy access to data insights and reporting is critical for us to see our project pipeline, win/lost insights, and manage multiple studios within our business. Additionally, the future ability to connect TrebleHook to our ERP solution Deltek Ajera and the platform’s user-friendliness for our studio leaders were huge benefits.
How Has DP3 Architects Benefited From TrebleHook?
We like that TrebleHook uses one central interface and record to track a Project from its earliest stage through project completion. We can make changes from anywhere and from virtually any page within TrebleHook.
The user interface is also very beneficial in seeing projects throughout different stages in our pipeline. We can efficiently update the stages of our leads for our four studios. The user interface is intuitive and easy to understand.
What Has Your Experience Been like Working With the TrebleHook Team?
Working with the TrebleHook team has been great. The TrebleHook team did an excellent job getting us up to speed, explaining how the system works and its capabilities. TrebleHook’s team is very responsive and quick to make changes or fix any issues that have arisen. The technical team implements changes that work for our firm even if something isn’t “out of the box” from the solution.
