TrebleHook Release Notes

The following release notes cover the changes that have happened to TrebleHook. To get the latest updates to the platform, bookmark this page for easy access.

Mobile Device Support

  • Several key TrebleHook components that were previously unavailable or broken on mobile devices are now fully supported on both mobile and desktop.
  • The following areas of the product are now mobile-accessible:
    • Photo Viewer
    • Schedule of Values
    • Project Financials
    • Project Gantt
    • Project Team Members
    • Schedule Line Items
    • Competitor Project Team Members
    • SF330 Code Adder

Benefits: Field teams and mobile users can now access and interact with critical project data from any device, removing the previous dependency on desktop access for these components.

Financial & Schedule of Values – Save & New

  • Users can now select Save & New when adding Financial and Schedule of Values records, keeping the entry modal open for the next record instead of closing after each save.
  • Previously, users had to save, dismiss the modal, and reopen it for every individual record — this eliminates that repetitive cycle.

Benefits: Users entering multiple Financial or Schedule of Values records in a single session can now do so without interruption, making bulk data entry significantly faster and less frustrating.

Project Gantt – Project Filtering

  • Users can now filter the Projects Overview Gantt chart using a configurable filter panel, replacing the previous experience of scanning the full unfiltered chart.
  • Filter options include Project Name, Client Account, Stage, Status, and date ranges — with results updating the Gantt view to show only matching Projects.
  • Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously, narrowing results to only the Projects that meet all selected conditions.
  • Ships with default filter configuration out of the box — admins can customize which fields appear as filters to match their team’s needs.

Benefits: Teams working with large Project portfolios can now zero in on exactly the Projects they need to review in the Gantt, eliminating the noise of unrelated records and making schedule reviews faster and more focused.

Marketing Program – Project Search & Filtering

  • Users can now search and filter the full Project list before adding Projects to a Marketing Program, replacing the previous one-at-a-time selection experience.
  • Filter options include Project Name, Client Account, Stage, Internal Division, Project Type, and Market — with results narrowing as additional filters are applied.
  • Search results display in a table where users can select one or more Projects and add them to the Marketing Program in a single action.
  • Ships with default filter configuration out of the box — admins can customize which fields appear as filters to match their team’s workflow.

Benefits: Teams managing large Project portfolios can now find and associate the right Projects quickly, reducing manual effort and making Marketing Program build-out significantly faster.

Update Stage – List View Support

  • Users can now update a Project’s stage directly from the List View, without navigating to the record page.
  • The stage update experience in List View is identical to the record page — all Project stage configuration, required fields, and conditional dependency rules are enforced consistently regardless of where the update is triggered.
  • Previously, attempting to change a Project’s stage from the List View would bypass critical configuration and break the data model — this is now fully resolved.

Benefits: Users can move Projects through stages faster without leaving the List View, while administrators can trust that their stage configuration and data quality rules are enforced everywhere the update can happen.

Update Stage – Conditional Required Fields

  • Administrators can now define dependency rules on Project Stage update forms, making secondary fields visible and required only when a user selects specific values in a primary picklist field.
  • Dependent fields stay hidden and optional until their trigger condition is met — keeping forms clean and focused.
  • Works with both standard picklist and multi-select picklist fields.
  • If a trigger value is deselected, the dependent field disappears and is no longer required.

Benefits: Admins get finer control over data collection at each stage gate, reducing noise on stage forms while ensuring the right follow-up information is captured exactly when it’s needed.

Marketing Program Lead Import

TrebleHook now includes a structured import tool for bringing external lead lists into a Marketing Program. Users can download a CSV template, upload a completed file, and review each row before anything gets created. The component automatically matches imported records against existing Contacts by email and Accounts by company name, flagging duplicates and surfacing gaps so users can correct issues inline before committing. Once the data looks right, users select the rows they want and convert them into Marketing Program Members — with new Contacts and Accounts created on the fly when no match is found.

Benefits: Teams gain a controlled, review-first import process that reduces duplicate members, improves data quality, and eliminates the guesswork of bulk list imports into Marketing Programs.

TrebleHook Release 26.1

TrebleHook Release 26.1 delivers a focused set of enhancements across Marketing Programs, Project management, and platform accessibility. This release introduces a brand new structured import workflow for Marketing Program lead lists, expands stage management with conditional field logic and List View support, and brings meaningful productivity improvements to the Project Gantt, Financial pages, and Marketing Program project association. Rounding out the release, a broad mobile accessibility update ensures field teams and on-the-go users can access critical project components from any device.

Bid Management

TrebleHook now syncs key dates from Financial records to the Project Schedule, ensuring consistency across planning and tracking workflows. The following mappings are included:

  • Contract Date → Contract Date
  • Contract Date (Proposal) → Proposal Date
  • Proposal Due Date → Proposal Due Date
  • Proposal Release Date → Proposal Release Date

The sync process is configurable and can be extended to custom date fields.

Benefits: Reduces manual data entry and ensures project schedules always reflect up-to-date financial milestones.

TrebleHook Release 25.4

This release introduces several new capabilities that streamline project tracking, improve data consistency, and expand how teams capture and analyze critical pursuit information. Highlights include automated outcome stamping, new Press Release tracking, competitor insights via Project Teams, enhanced help and support options, a new Potential Project Number generator, upgraded Photoviewer capabilities, and configurable financial date syncing.

Financial Dates Sync to Project Schedule

TrebleHook now syncs key dates from Financial records to the Project Schedule, ensuring consistency across planning and tracking workflows. The following mappings are included:

  • Contract Date → Contract Date
  • Contract Date (Proposal) → Proposal Date
  • Proposal Due Date → Proposal Due Date
  • Proposal Release Date → Proposal Release Date

The sync process is configurable and can be extended to custom date fields.

Benefits: Reduces manual data entry and ensures project schedules always reflect up-to-date financial milestones.

Competitor Tracking via Project Teams

TrebleHook now enables competitor tracking by extending the existing Project_Team__c object, avoiding the need for new data structures. Users can add competitors to a project—including bid, fee, outcome, and insights—via a dedicated LWC user interface.

New Fields on Project Team:

  • BidAmount
  • FeeAmount
  • Outcome
  • CompetitiveInsights

Benefits: Enables deeper win/loss analysis, reveals patterns across competitors, and strengthens strategic positioning for future pursuits.

Image Manager (Photoviewer) for 2GP

The Photoviewer previously available in 1GP is now delivered as part of TrebleHook Core 2GP. This upgraded Image Manager is available to Professional and higher license tiers and supports photo and image management directly from Klient Project and Employee records.

Benefits: Expands 2GP functionality by enabling richer visual documentation and asset management within core objects.

Early Job Number Setup for Potential Project Numbers

A new Early Job Number Setup process now assigns a Potential Project Number automatically when a Project is created. The default format is TH-{YY}-{AutoNumber}, and organizations can customize this formatting based on their internal numbering conventions.

Benefits: Provides a consistent and immediate reference number for new projects, even before official job numbers are issued.

Help & Support Options (1GP → 2GP)

TrebleHook has ported the 1GP Help & Support functionality into 2GP, giving all 2GP customers access to in-app assistance tools. Users can now submit Support Requests or Product Ideas directly from TrebleHook via rebuilt flows aligned with current naming standards.

Benefits: Makes it easier for users to request help and share ideas without leaving the application, improving responsiveness and engagement.
